Store Policies

All shipping prices are flat fees listed for deliveries within the Continental US only. Shipping costs include full insurance up to the value of the item being shipped. As per FedEx Damage Claim Policy, customers have 20 days to report shipping damages since package delivery. After that period NO shipping damage claims will be satisfied by the FedEx. It is the customers responsibility to notify us about any shipping damages in a proper time frame. Small accessories, hand pumps, repair kits or bags that have been damaged during shipment must be sent back for replacement. 

Spring Lake Boat Sales will return any unused item within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for returning/shipping item in its original condition back to 30200 North River Road, Harrison Twp., MI 48045. Spring Lake Boat Sales is not responsible for shipping cost of returned goods. Refunds and canceled orders will be issued back in the form it was paid. Credit card purchases will only be refunded on the purchasing card. If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, refund will not be issued until the purchaser shipped the item back to Spring Lake Boat Sales. We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% cleaning/restocking fee on any item not retured in its original packaging and/or condition. Used, damaged and abused items will not be excepted for returns.
